In 2018, The Telegraph Media Group refreshed its Financial Solutions brand, emphasising trustworthiness in financial offerings. As part of this update, a dedicated supplement was created to focus on financial insights related to retirement and lifestyle planning.
In my role as the creative lead, I was responsible for the supplement's creative direction. This included tasks like commissioning and art directing illustrations, designing page layouts, and collaborating with editors and picture editors to select suitable imagery. To convey the idea of a life journey, I incorporated a recurring visual element—a guiding line that extended across the pages. This line served as a visual representation of life's various stages, helping readers navigate the content and visually understand the progression of their financial journey in retirement and lifestyle planning.
